syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium bisulfite)), thickening agent (pectin, sucrose), starch, potato starch, soluble coffee <1.2%.

Macaron shell 61%: sugar, ALMOND powder, water, potato protein (potato protein, preservative (sodium bisulfite)),

cocoa powder, colours : beetroot concentrate, carotenes, stabiliser : xanthan gum.

Lemon macarons:

INGREDIENTS:

filling 39%: lemon puree 31% (lemon, pure cane sugar), organic vegetable fat (coconut oil,

sunflower oil), dextrose, sugar, water, glucose syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium bisulfite)), thickening agent (pectin,

sucrose), starch, potato starch.

Macaron shell 61%: sugar, ALMOND powder, water, potato protein (potato protein, preservative (sodium bisulfite)), orange carrot concentrate, colour: carotenes, stabiliser : xanthan gum.

Strawberry macarons:

INGREDIENTS:

filling 39%: strawberry puree 39% (strawberry, pure cane sugar), organic vegetable fat (coconut

oil, sunflower oil), dextrose, sugar, lemon puree (lemon, pure cane sugar), glucose syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium

bisulfite)), thickening agent (pectin, sucrose), starch, potato starch.

Macaron shell 61%: sugar, ALMOND powder, water, potato protein (potato protein, preservative (sodium bisulfite)), colour : beetroot concentrate, stabiliser : xanthan gum.

Vanilla macarons:

INGREDIENTS:

Dark Chocolate macarons:

PISTACHIO paste 8% (PISTACHIO 7%, sugar, dextrose, ALMOND, CASHEW NUT, PEANUT oil, flavours, colour E141,
