Dark Chocolate macarons:

INGREDIENTS:

filling 39%: water, cocoa paste 28%, glucose syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium bisulfite)), sugar,

organic vegetable fat (coconut oil, sunflower oil).

Macaron shell 61%: sugar, ALMOND powder, water, cocoa powder, potato protein (potato protein, preservative (sodium bisulfite)),

colour : beetroot concentrate, stabiliser : xanthan gum.

Mandarin macarons:

INGREDIENTS:

filling 39%: Mandarin puree 36% (Mandarin, sugar), organic vegetable fat (coconut oil, sunflower oil), dextrose, sugar, lemon puree (lemon, sugar), glucose syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium bisulfite)),

thickening agent (pectin, sucrose), starch, potato starch.

Macaron shell 61%: sugar, ALMOND powder, water, potato protein

colours : carotenes, beetroot concentrate; stabiliser : xanthan gum.

INGREDIENTS:

filling 39%: strawberry puree 39% (strawberry, pure cane sugar), organic vegetable fat (coconut

oil, sunflower oil), dextrose, sugar, lemon puree (lemon, pure cane sugar), glucose syrup (glucose syrup, preservative (sodium

bisulfite)), thickening agent (pectin, sucrose), starch, potato starch.
